Increasing the amount of physical activity we take part in will lead to a healthier lifestyle and happier hearts.

Chair-based exercise classes are perfect for those who want to keep moving but do not want the pressure of a high-powered work out.

Chair-based exercise, provided by qualified exercise professionals, are used to reduce incidences of falls. We focus on: limb mobility, muscle strength, co-ordination, balance and a range of movements.

Please wear something comfy and make sure you bring a bottle of water.
