Community Development
Our full-time community development officer works with older people's groups across Southwark providing information about social and other opportunities; advice about setting up activities or events; governance issues; fundraising; signposting to specific sources of help as required
Shopping trips for the housebound
Monthly shopping trips enable up to 10 housebound members to visit an accessible shopping centre to choose their own purchases and to enjoy a social outing
Holiday and Excursion Programme
Working with Dunwood Travel, SPC organises at least 5 holidays each year and 6 day excursions from Camberwell Road.

Southwark Council Holiday Grants Programme
On behalf of the Council, the Centre administers this programme which provides grants every two years to pensioners of limited means to assist them to have a holiday.
