Welfare Benefits Advice

How we can help

SPC’s Welfare Benefits Advisor gives advice and information on a wide range of welfare benefits and housing issues.

The team also provides assistance and support in:

  • Completing application forms and making complaints
  • Resolving ongoing housing repairs problems
  • Managing money
  • Benefit and welfare reform
  • Representation at the tribunals when appealing benefit decisions

Make an appointment

Should you need help or advice regarding money matters or benefits, or simply want to make sure that you are getting all that you are entitled simply pop in to the centre and ask for Lydia or call 0207 708 4556 and ask to speak to the admin team and we will make you an appointment.

Appointments are available Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 9.30am to 4.30pm at the Centre.

Outreach sessions take place on the first Wednesday of each month from 10.30 to 12.30 at:

Occasionally, we may be able to make home visits. Please enquire.
